Unlike a conventional real estate agent, we work for the buyer, searching, selecting and fighting for the ideal home for the client and with the best conditions.
The search and subsequent acquisition of a home is an exciting and tedious time. This is where we come in, making this process the most comfortable for the client and only worry about enjoying their new home, thus saving time and headaches.
How do we do it?
In three phases:
First phase, or phase of knowledge. This is when we meet in a first interview where we listen and give relevance to every detail that is important to the client and thus get as close as possible to their tastes and needs. As a result of this first meeting, we made a client file that reflects all the necessary aspects to give the exclusive treatment that differentiates us.
Search phase
In this phase begins the work of searching in depth and selecting the properties within the characteristics provided by the client, having in our hands a wide range of market (own properties or those of other agencies with which we collaborate, personal contacts, etc … ). Then comes the second meeting where the client chooses the properties they like the most from those selected. We will make the first visit to these properties for the client’s convenience, making a complete photographic report and collecting the necessary information about the homes that may affect or import the buyer.
Orientation phase
In this third meeting we show the client all the information obtained so that he can select which ones he wants to visit. Here would come the most exciting part, the final disposal where we would be left with the option that the client wants. This is the moment in which we fight to get your future home with the best possible conditions.
Throughout this process we advise, guide and accompany our clients, before, during and after one of the most important decisions of their lives.
